Carissa has been experimenting with photography since she was in junior high, capturing her older sisters in their athletic events, posing her farm dog, Max, and shooting from the ground of the feedlot with all the cattle surrounding her. This makes for great close-ups! With a degree and experience in animal behavior, Carissa has learned an abundant amount of patience, observation, and anticipating the next moments when working with all breeds of clients! She enjoys posing each model, finding the best ways to portray their personalities and capturing the candid little moments in between.
